Cytaea alburna is a small to medium sized jumping spider frequently encountered on foliage. Females are more vivid than males with brown through to orange/red colouration and contrasting cream or white markings. This species distribution covers parts of Queensland, New South Wales, Northern Territory and Western Australia. Adults reach approximately 5-7mm in body length. Cytaea alburna are active and curious in captivity.
